
Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) operates some of Victoria’s most iconic racing venues, including Caulfield, Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, while also supporting hospitality and leisure operations across Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) venues. Managing a workforce of more than 1,300 employees across full-time, part-time and casual roles requires confidence in the people systems supporting the business.
In August 2025, in partnership with the MRC team, Pinpoint delivered Phase 1 of their Humanforce Workforce Management transformation in just six months – successfully going live ahead of the Spring Racing Carnival, one of the most operationally demanding and commercially critical periods for the business.
In 2026, we crossed the finish line. Phase 2 is now live, bringing the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) business stream onto the Humanforce platform and completing the broader transformation journey. Over the program, the Pinpoint team has delivered:

A huge thank you to the entire MRC project team for their partnership, trust and commitment throughout the journey. Seeing the team come together at Caulfield to celebrate – complete with trackside views, morning tea, partner merch and a heartfelt speech from Ruby reflecting on the journey – was a reminder that successful transformations are always powered by people.
