In February 2004, Pinpoint HRM began with a vision to raise the awareness of and assist employers to adopt the latest developments in recruitment, including the selection and implementation of cloud eRecruitment systems.

By 2008 the business was also providing services to support the selection and implementation of cloud Performance Management and L&D systems.  In September 2011 our success was recognised in the BRW Fast100 for the second year in a row, having averaged greater than 40% annual revenue growth for more than 5 consecutive years.
