Launch Housing: ending homelessness in Melbourne

Launch Housing is a Melbourne-based nonprofit tackling homelessness through crisis support, housing, and advocacy. It operates across 14+ sites, supports 14,000+ people annually, and employs around 500 staff.

Pinpoint’s advisory team were engaged to support Launch with the evaluation of a new Payroll and Workforce Management solution in 2024. Launch selected Humanforce as their vendor and Pinpoint HRM as their implementation partner.

In May 2026, we celebrated the successful go-live of Humanforce Workforce Management and Payroll at Launch Housing
