With over 30 years of international human resources experience spanning healthcare, financial services, fast-moving consumer goods, and mining industries, Dawn is responsible for attracting, selecting, developing, retaining, and growing the workforce at Homestyle Aged Care to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Her leadership focuses on driving culture, policies, processes, workplace relations, and work health and safety that prioritise resident care. She leads a people and culture team in value-aligned recruitment, employee development, and proactive performance management.
“My team’s role is caring for employees who care for the residents, and we didn’t even have a real HR system,” says Dawn Griffiths, General Manager of Human Resources.

Demi is a commercially astute and people centric executive with extensive experience spanning energy, supermarket operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and quick-service restaurant industries. Demi is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture, engagement and maximising individual capabilities to drive business success. Demi has successfully led large scale transformation projects.
In her current role at Viva Energy Retail, Demi has been pivotal in the successful integration of Coles Express, Reddy Express, OTR, and SMGB post-merger, driving cultural transformation and change management across the new organisation.
Demi has been the driving force and Project Sponsor for Viva Energy’s Dayforce Implementation, led by Pinpoint HRM.
