Melbourne Racing Club
Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) manages prestigious venues at Caulfield, Sandown and Mornington racecourses. Its operations also include hospitality and events across Pegasus Leisure Group (PGL) venues. The combined entities employ 1500+ staff across full-time, part-time, and casual roles.
In early 2025, MRC selected Humanforce to replace their existing Workforce Management Solution and integrate with ADP payroll and existing HR systems.
Pinpoint has been engaged as their Humanforce implementation partner and is also providing client-side resource support, including a Business Analyst and Change Manager.
Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS)
ECMS is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit operating 70+ early learning centres, supporting 6,500 children weekly. It employs over 1,000 staff across metropolitan Melbourne is growing rapidly.
ECMS turned to Pinpoint HRM to assist in evaluating vendors to transform its HR, Rostering and Payroll practices. Cornerstone and Humanforce were the vendors of choice and the project was delivered seamlessly in 9 months. The result? Doubling staff without growing payroll headcount, 50%+ reduction in turnover, and faster onboarding across 75+ centres.
Humanforce now underpins ECMS’s ability to scale, roster intelligently, and deliver consistent, quality outcomes for caregivers, educators and children.
Launch Housing is a Melbourne-based nonprofit tackling homelessness through crisis support, housing, and advocacy. It operates across 14+ sites, supports 14,000+ people annually, and employs around 500 staff.
Pinpoint’s advisory team were engaged to support Launch with the evaluation of a new Payroll and Workforce Management solution. Launch selected Humanforce as their vendor and Pinpoint as their implementation partner.
Pinpoint is also providing critical resource support client-side to the Launch project team, including a Project Manager, Business Analyst and Change Manager.
Mayflower
Mayflower is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit aged care provider. It offers residential, home, and retirement care, employing around 450 staff.
