TFE Hotels is a hotel group featuring brands like Vibe, Adina, Quincy, Travelodge, and Rendezvous Hotels. Pinpoint was initially engaged to assist in evaluating HR Tech platforms to support TFE’s ambitious growth and expansion plans into Europe.
Dayforce emerged as the preferred platform, offering a unified solution to deliver best-practice talent and workforce management for hotel managers and hospitality staff.
With the support of our Dayforce delivery team, TFE has now implemented the full Dayforce suite, encompassing Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Talent modules, across their operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
COTTON:ON
Cotton On is an Australian-born global retail giant, founded in Geelong in 1991 with brands including Cotton On, Cotton On Kids, Body, Typo, Rubi, Factorie, and Supré.
Cotton On has engaged Pinpoint HRM to implement Dayforce Payroll for their Australian and New Zealand entities, covering 18,000 staff.
The project is expected to go-live in 2026.
VIVA ENERGY (Reddy Express)
In early 2024, Viva merged Coles Express and OTR, encompassing over 12,000 employees. To facilitate the move off Coles legacy platforms, Viva partnered with Pinpoint HRM for a full suite Dayforce people technology solution.
With strong project stewardship, phase 1 of the project was delivered in a record 13 months, with the remaining cohort going live 3 months later.
The Viva project team, operating with a “One Team” mantra, demonstrated what’s achievable with the right partnership, technology, and people.
Accor Realty & Asset Management manages 135+ hotels and residential assets across Australia, NZ, and Hawaii under brands like Mantra, Peppers, Art Series and Qantas Lounges. Based on the Gold Coast, it offers asset management, strata services, sales, and 24/7 operational support.
In 2023, with two key HR systems coming to the end of life, Accor partnered with Pinpoint HRM to implement Dayforce Recruitment and Onboarding, soon followed by Dayforce Payroll in 2024. Having gone live with Payroll in 2025, Accor are now paying over 5,000 staff from the platform.
SASH VETS
Sash Vets is a 700-person-strong Australian animal specialist and emergency care network across Sydney, Central Coast, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Sash Vets is implementing full suite Dayforce – Core HR, Payroll, WFM and Talent – and expect to be live with the unified platform in 2025.

Established in 1898, Sanitarium is renowned for its brands, including Weet-Bix, Up&Go, So Good, and Peanut Butter.
Pinpoint was initially engaged by Sanitarium to conduct a vendor evaluation process for a strategic people transformation project. Incorporating Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management, the project was designed to meet the needs of both their corporate and manufacturing workforces.
