In just seven months, Carey’s leadership, in collaboration with partner Pinpoint HRM, achieved what many deemed impossible— a successful go-live of their modern HR solution seamlessly integrated to payroll, all within a very complex enterprise workplace agreement.
The new capabilities have enhanced Carey’s work experience via a contemporary interface and the empowerment of data-informed decisions. Operational efficiencies are already being realised, with a trajectory of saving hundreds of hours per month. The school’s digital risk profile has been significantly reduced, and a comprehensive set of tools for workforce management, seamless employee engagement, and strategic insights have been established, paving the way for better decision-making and long-term planning.
