With over 20 years expertise in HR technology and Oracle Cloud HCM, Stephen’s leadership will drive innovation, enhance client outcomes, and strengthen our partnership with Oracle.

Stephen has an impressive track record in HR transformation including HCM, payroll and workforce management implementations. Having worked with Oracle technology since 2003, he’s led large-scale HR technology initiatives across government, healthcare, education and enterprise clients, delivering contemporary solutions that optimise business performance.

His extensive experience includes leadership roles at Melbourne Uni, Presence of IT, Deloitte, Certus APAC, and KPMG, where he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Notably, he:

• Led one of the largest Oracle implementations in 2006 with The University of Melbourne
• Transformed the delivery of Oracle Managed Services and BPO payroll services for clients ranging from 300 to over 25,000 employees
• Headed Oracle HCM consulting service practices, delivering high-impact projects for both national and global organisations, including large Australian banks, nation-wide hospitality businesses, global retail and technology companies and many more
• Served as Chief Oracle Architect at KPMG, overseeing solution architecture, project delivery, and ensuring client success across major enterprise implementations.

Beyond his consulting expertise, Stephen has been a key figure in the Oracle HR user community, co-founding and chairing Australia’s first Oracle HR User Group (OZHUG) for many years, which grew to 120+ enterprise members nationwide.
