Thilini has more than 13 years’ of diverse experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Hotels, Resorts, Banking, Life Insurances, Tea Broking and Real Estate. Thilini holds a Bachelors Degree in Business specialiced in Human Resource Management from University of Colombo and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Psychology.
She is a Certified Trainer in Training and Assessment and trained on ProSci Change Management Methodology and Business Analysis. She has worked in both Private and Public Sector in Learning, Organisational Development as a Subject Matter Expert and as a HR Systems Analyst. She is certified in SuccessFactors Learning, Performance and Goals Modules.
Thilini comes to Pinpoint with wealth of knowledge and skills in talent management processes from the customer side, understands business challenges and is passionate on crafting HR strategy, implementing HR technology to optimize talent management processes across businesses.
In her spare time, Thilini enjoys reading, watching food shows and testing new recipes; feeding friends and family.
