Michael “Millsy” Mills
Manager, Integration and Support
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics & Cognitive Science and a Post-graduate Diploma in Information Management. He has over 15 years of experience in cloud recruitment platforms, job boards, employer branding/value proposition and project management. His background in cloud software development and information systems related to HR underpins a strong customer focus.
Michael has worked with all levels of Australian government and a wide range of corporate entities and educational institutions. During that time he worked on RecruitManager (an early market leader in eRecruitment) for four years and also designed, built and managed SIFTA (a lightweight eRecruitment platform designed for SMEs, local governments and not-for-profit entities).
Since joining Pinpoint in 2016 Michael has worked with the NSW Public Service and commercial clients on Taleo implementation projects. Responsibilities have included stakeholder engagement, process engineering, UAT workshops, technical implementation, career portal branding and end-user training.
In his spare time Michael volunteers as a deputy captain with the NSW Rural Fire Service, enjoys bushwalking and reads widely on both fiction and non-fiction.
