Karen has 13+ years human resources, recruitment, payroll, training and IT experience within the recruitment industry and working for clients within the public sector, telecommunications, banking and insurance, with particular expertise and demonstrated experience in the implementation of various HR and IT projects within recruitment and payroll environments.

Since joining PinpointHRM in January 2015, Karen has worked on Taleo e-recruitment implementations for NSW government streamlining  and optimisimg current recruitment and  onboarding processes. Project responsibility has included stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, change management and communications strategy and implementation, training  and support.

Karen’s interest outside of work includes trying to keep fit by running and doing yoga and spending time with her young family.
