Jo has 15 years experience in generalist HR across varied industries and has managed all facets of the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding and remuneration as well as organisational change initiatives, performance management and learning and development activities.
More recently Jo has focused on the design, development and implementation of human resources and learning systems and processes, including the implementation of Saba and Cornerstone On Demand software solutions for government agencies and retail, telecommunications, oil and gas industries.
Jo also has a keen interested in change management having led the change stream for the Asia Pacific implementation of a global learning transformation project for BP.
At Pinpoint HRM, Jo will be involved in implementation, functional consulting, optimisation and deployment of Cornerstone modules as well as change management support for existing and new clients.
In her spare time Jo loves to get out on her bike, go the beach and explore new restaurants with friends and family.
