Irina Ioffe


Irina has been specialising in optimisation and implementation of HCMs since 2015. She also has a further six years experience in Learning & Development and the Digital space across various roles. Her skills and experience include defining business requirements, process development and design, selection and implementation of HCM’s across Governments, enterprise and SME organisations.

Irina has extensive experience implementing functional and technical projects across a wide range of Cornerstone modules for Professional Services, Public Sector and other industries. As an Implementation Consultant, Irina has led multiple projects for Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Succession. Furthermore, Irina is also certified to implement Technical and Integration projects, including Data Feeds and Data Migration. Irina has strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, is extremely client focused has a comprehensive understanding of implementation requirements to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS systems.

Irina is certified in Cornerstone LMS, Performance, Succession, Recruitment and Onboarding modules and as an Integration consultant for a number of technical projects.

In her spare time, Irina likes travelling and exploring new places and cultures, learning new things, watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.
