Dan has been working in the HR systems industry for around 15 years across HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning Management applications. His roles have encompassed business development and sales management, with a significant focus on building new markets by defining and executing strategy.
An inquisitive person by nature, Dan is always keen to understand a client’s detailed needs to ensure that outcomes are well defined and delivered upon. He is truly an advocate for his clients and has been fortunate to engage across many industries and organisations – enough to know that technology is only part of the solution.
Dan is passionate about technology and tinkers with all sorts of things, often becoming the unofficial computer helpdesk for colleagues, family and friends. In his spare time, Dan enjoys mountain biking, music, and all things outdoors.
