Practice Leader – SuccessFactors
Ben has more than 16 years’ experience working across many aspects of HR and holds Bachelor Degrees in International Trade from Victoria University and Psychology including Human Resource Management from Swinburne University. He has worked in both the public and private sector in Recruitment, Talent Management, OD, generalist HR and in HR systems, where he has consulted into a wide range of organisations including Crown Casinos, Deloitte, GHD, Victoria University and Citipower/Powercor.
Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM Ben spent a number of years working for a large utility company where he held management roles in Talent, Organisational Development and HR Systems. He was responsible for the successful implementation of Talent software across the business, the creation of an internal recruitment function and the development and deployment of many talent processes.
He comes to Pinpoint HRM with a wealth of HR technology, talent and process knowledge and acts as the Practice leader for our SuccessFactors practice.
When at home Ben continues the never ending process of renovation and attempts the rewarding and frustrating task of coaching kids football.
