Adam has over twenty years experience in the Learning and talent management systems industry. His career has covered training, project management, professional services, implementation and consulting. Adam is a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
During his career Adam has worked on all sides of the talent management systems industry, including for the vendors, clients and vendor neutral consultancies. Whilst at Human Capital Solutions Group (“HCS”- a consultancy) between 2006 and 2010, Adam assessed the current and future desired state around all HR technologies for clients such as Energex, Commonwealth Bank, Allianz Insurance, NSW Lotteries and Promina Insurance. These consulting exercises included consultation with stakeholders from all levels of these organisations. Whilst at employed at each of HCS, ComOps (2010 – 2011) and SuccessFactors (2012 – 2013), Adam was involved with initial process analysis and requirements gathering through to assisting with vendor selection, implementation and BAU support of talent management systems. More recently Adam has been consulting on and implementing a variety of learning and talent management systems for organisations such as Jetstar, Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Transfield Services, TAL and Toyota Financial Services.
Working with many vendors over the years has provided Adam with a wealth of knowledge about market capability. Through this extensive experience, Adam has an excellent grasp of current and future trends in talent management systems and ensures that clients can focus on their desired future state and business outcomes more than the enabling technology itself. He realises the importance of business outcomes and the creation of high performance working cultures and can realistically see through ‘bells and whistles’ of technology to ensure the business outcomes are met without distraction.
In his spare time Adam enjoys reading, movies, photography and travelling.
