Since 2003 we’ve been assisting clients to evaluate, prepare for, implement and optimise people-related technology solutions. With over 500 projects under our belt we know there’s more to success than just the tech!!

Founder & Managing Director
An accountant by trade, Craig entered the HR industry over 20 years ago in the eRecruitment space. His experience in these early years with the challenges of Cloud HR projects led to the birth of Pinpoint HRM. He recognised there was an opportunity to sit between the vendor and client to help them articulate their future state, select the right solution and get prepared for their implementation. Since then, Craig has led and been involved in over 500 cloud HR projects with some of Australia’s leading employers. Craig now provides project oversight of our major project implementations as well as expert advice and input into our advisory engagements – in particular helping organisations to navigate the complex HR tech market and create their business case for these projects.
Sally Rogers
Finance Director
Sally is a co-founder of the business and has 20 years experience working in management accounting. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Adelaide University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of California Irvine.
Lynette Redward
Head of Advisory & Transformation
Over the past 12 years at Pinpoint, Lynette has managed many complex HR technology projects for a range of both private and public sector clients. As a senior leader and practice manager, Lynette works closely with our clients preparing them for the challenges that are inherent in HR transformation projects. Prior to Pinpoint, Lynette gained experience in HR and recruitment and holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honors and a Masters in Organisational Psychology. Lynette is currently focused on leading the Pinpoint Advisory and Transformation teams and projects as well as the development of innovative service offerings to support these.
Hayley Parker
Head of Strategy
Since joining Pinpoint, Hayley has been involved in the successful design and delivery of Pinpoint HR Tech projects with our most strategic clients. Prior to Pinpoint, she spent 10 years consulting at the executive level with companies such as Qantas, Jemena, QBE, Snowy Hydro and Transurban on a range of projects including complex enterprise-wide transformation programs. Hayley’s focus now is on the development and execution of our business strategy, incorporating growth, sales, marketing and partnership strategy, as well as oversight of strategic accounts and projects.

Bob brings to Pinpoint and the Ceridian Practice over 25 years experience in HR Operations and Payroll, specialising in implementing and managing HRIS, Payroll, Learning, Performance, Talent and Workforce Management solutions. In his career, Bob has managed HR Operations as well as leading implementation projects (including Dayforce) for some of Asia Pacific’s largest organisations, including News Corp, QBE, Navitas, NBN, St Vincent’s Hospital and the Public Sector. Bob’s background and experience enables him to collaborate with technical, financial, business teams and senior executive to ensure clients fully leverage their HR technology investment.
Saurav Choudhury

With over 18 years HR technology consulting experience, Saurav now heads up our Oracle HCM Practice. He has extensive experience as both a consultant and product specialist and has been involved in complex implementations and optimisation of many HR systems both on-premises and Cloud. Saurav has a successful track record in leading multiple HR Transformation Projects that span industries and geographies and result in delighted clients. Saurav is a certified Oracle HCM Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
Katie Mangraviti

Katie Mangraviti is an accomplished human capital management (HCM) professional with over 15 years experience, specialising in workforce optimisation throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. She spent a significant portion of her career at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she held various consulting and leadership roles, helping organisations to recruit, train, and manage their people more effectively. Her expertise in workforce agility, skills, career mobility, learning experiences, recruitment, career development, performance management, and talent planning has driven significant improvements in workforce engagement and productivity for her clients. Katie focuses on working with her team to ensure each organisation is enabled with the best possible solution and a smooth implementation throughout all stages of the project.
