Justin has over 15 years’ experience in the HR systems industry, specialising in Learning, Performance, Talent and HRIS solutions. During this period he has provided business analysis and consulting services to some of Asia Pacific’s largest organisations, including: News Corp, QBE, Allianz, Commonwealth Bank, Allianz, Bank Mandiri, AMP and Suncorp.
With an IT background, Justin is able to draw on his experience to bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure the clients fully leverage their technology investment whilst adhering to IT infrastructure and policy constraints. Beyond functional consulting, Justin is keen to help clients develop processes and governance frameworks that will ensure solutions are sustainable and will continue to provide maximum business benefit post implementation and into BAU.
Justin is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master.
In his spare time Justin loves travelling, sketching and tinkering with technology.
