General Manager – Implement and Optimise
Deborah has a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing and has been working with and implementing cloud HCM software since 2005.
Since 2008 Deborah has been working for Pinpoint HRM on the implementation and optimisation of cloud HR systems for a range of our clients including the NSW Government, Vodafone and Qantas. From 2005 to 2008 Deborah worked for eRecruitment vendor RecruitASP (now Springboard and owned by HRX) as a senior account manager. In this role she worked with blue chip corporate clients looking after client services once the implementation had been completed.
Through her background in technology projects Deborah is experienced in providing advice and guidance on how to resolve project, process and technical problems. Combined with her experience as both an account manager and consultant, Deborah also guides our Client Delivery team.
In her spare time, Deb loves to get lost in a novel, go for a run or spend time with family and friends.
