Sarah has joined us at Pinpoint HRM in early 2017 and brings experience in HR having specialised in talent acquisition. She has partnered with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition strategy, collaborated extensively to improve processes, optimise systems and recruited across several industries and disciplines.
Sarah completed a Masters in Labour Law and Humans Resources and Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) specialising in psychology and human resources.
She has worked as a PageUp Superuser at Downer Group, led the Recruitment and Onboarding functional streams of Challenger’s Oracle (Taleo) implementation and subsequent optimisations. Since joining Pinpoint HRM has taken on a variety of advisory, optimisation and implementation projects.
An adaptable and collaborative consultant, Sarah has demonstrated her ability to work across diverse cultures, organisations and projects.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah likes to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys gardening and reading.
