Rachel has more than 20 years experience working in Human Resources roles across various industry sectors including FMCG, Technology, and Software Development. Rachel has a Masters of Human Resource Management from Swinburne University.
Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM, Rachel spent 10 years working at MYOB, leading their HR function across Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia, before project managing the implementation of an HCM system for MYOB. She then worked in the IT team in a Digital Enablement role, project managing various IT projects across the business to ensure the successful uptake of new tools and technology, focussing on people needs and change management.
In previous roles, Rachel has successfully managed the implementations of HCMS, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems, focusing on removing manual time-consuming processes and bringing contemporary value-adding solutions to business environments.
With her focus on helping people interact with technology confidently, Rachel brings an enormous amount of experience in change management, working throughout all levels of a business to ensure new systems and processes are embedded successfully.
In her spare time, Rachel can be found whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen, or going on adventures with her family, especially her Scottie dog, Stanley.
