Neil has worked in the HR and L&D sectors for the past nine years in both the private and public sectors. His work has included the implementation of Cornerstone’s Performance and LMS modules across the finance and insurance industries. Neil’s work was recognised in 2015 for the “AHRI Peter Williams Award for HR Technology – Finalist” and the “Institute of Learning Professionals Australian Learning Impact Awards – Finalist”. Neil has a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland.
Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM Neil was the Senior BA for the implementation of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and LMS modules for Queensland Corrective Services. He also delivered SuccessFactors LMS for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services for 45,000 users.
Neil implemented Cornerstone’s 3 week rapid implementation strategy as a client for the first time in Australia. Other project roles have included the provisioning and maintenance of training environments for core banking system replacements and insurance claims systems projects across the Financial Services industry.
In his spare time Neil enjoys running, mountain biking and time at the beach.
