Luke has 12 years’ experience delivering HR Technology solutions for HRIS, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services & HR Reporting across both public and private sector organisations. Luke has degrees in Human Resources and Psychology and is a Prince2 certified project manager.
Luke started his HR Tech career in the UK focusing on implementing core HR, payroll and reporting solutions before taking on the leadership of Ernst & Young’s UK and Irish HR Systems function where he was the functional lead for several system’s projects including their Global HR system implementation. Following this he relocated to Hungary as EY’s HR Technology lead for Central South East Europe where he worked on the rollout of their Compensation planning tool and lead the rollout of their HR Reporting solution across 21 countries. Returning to his native Australia, Luke joined Sydney Water to help establish their HR Shared Services model and associated technology, before joining Pinpoint HRM.
With a strong background in HR systems management, Luke’s focus is on working closely with HR teams to guide their decision-making through the implementation process.
In his spare time Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes watching soccer and NFL.
