Jessica has over 6 years of experience working in the Talent and Workforce Management software space. Beginning her career at PageUp as an internal HR team member, Jessica quickly discovered her penchant for system configuration and problem-solving, leading her into the client-delivery and pre-sales space.

Since then, Jessica has managed dozens of implementations and projects within the retail, higher education, security, health care, childcare and warehousing industries. Highlights include a higher-education focused secondment to New York, implementing Recruitment for Village Cinemas, Learning and Performance for Victoria University, Onboarding for Coles and Time & Attendance for Novo Shoes and MECCA Brands.

Jessica has degrees in both Psychology and Human Resources, and is a foundation certified Agile Project Manager.

In her spare time, Jessica likes to (amongst other things, of course) hangout with her ridiculously cute and lazy whippet, Puddles.
