Efrat has over 13 years’ experience in leading end to end the delivery of complex ERP solutions and IT projects in the ‘Hire to Retire’ space for corporate HR and Learning divisions in global companies in the private sector as well as in the Government and Education sectors.
In the last 7 years Efrat has been specialising in digital transformation, and led the strategic planning and the execution of different Data Migration and Integration streams in the transition from Oracle HRMS, SAP HR and Ascender into SuccessFactors and Workday (Core and Talent management modules) in the University of Sydney, NSW Department of Planning and Environment, Lion and Amdocs, in the roles of a Lead BA and Data Lead.
With a rich IT background, Efrat is proficient in all aspects of a software development life cycle, as well as in the implementation of a new technology, including: simplification of processes, systems and integration landscapes and solution architecture design, development of strategies and schedules and definition of streams’ scope, risks analysis and mitigation, launch of new data and processes optimisation initiatives, management of the cut-off and go live periods and decommissioning of legacy systems, the design and roll out of new integrations and migration of data to the cloud.
Efrat enjoys educating clients with the opportunities and challenges inherent in the transition to a new technology and clarifying Pros and Cons and downstream impact of different solutions to help them maximise value from their new technology investment.
In her spare time Efrat enjoys travelling the world and exploring new cultures and playing the Organ.
