Arturo has over 20 years’ experience in HR operational and strategic project/program roles.
Arturo has managed large scale HRM implementations in Qantas, Navitas and Oil Search. Arturo’s extensive experience leading cultural change programs within complex and diverse organisations gives him the capability to ensure benefits are fully realised on every project he is part of.
Arturo is a qualified employment lawyer as well as having Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
Arturo also loves outdoor adventure sports and tries to keep up with his two growing children.
