James has over 15 years experience working in HR Reporting and Analytics with some of the leading organisations, IAG, QBE, NBN, St Vincent’s Hospitals and Allianz Insurance.
James has managed a number of HCM data conversion and implementation projects including SAP/Successfactors, Workday, Preceda, CHRIS and has worked with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and managed collaboration in a coordinated approach.
James has been involved in the current Dayforce implementations for Harris Farm, Dusk and Staffing Options.
James’ ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements is his strength. He has experience mapping HR, training, payroll and GL data from a number of different systems.
