Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM, Janine has gained extensive change experience in HR and IT projects within the banking industry. As a result, she has developed a fine-tuned understanding of the crucial role change management plays when executing HR Technology Strategy.
With qualifications in both Business and Psychology, Janine is able to apply a unique perspective to help ensure clients are able to maximise the benefits of their technology investments. She firmly believes that change management is critical to a project’s success and thrives on helping clients embed sustainable solutions.
When she’s not at the gym, Janine also loves to spend her spare time travelling, reading and eating dumplings.
