Shibin has over 10 years experience as an HR technology specialist and has worked on multiple system implementation (on-premise and cloud solutions) and process improvement projects with stakeholders from Payroll, IT, HR teams and external consultants over the past years.
Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM, Shibin worked for Insurance Australia Group, Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Commonwealth Bank and Lion to manage and optimise their human capital solutions (Core HCM and Talent solutions). He has a Masters of Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Computer Science.
His principal skills are focused around project planning, project management, requirement analysis and definition, solution design, system interfaces, testing, implementation and upgrading of technology solutions. He has superb communication skills, cross functional engagement with senior business stakeholders to drive business process and initiatives across private and public sector organisations.
Shibin enjoys sports and fishing in his spare time.
