Rochelle Snook

Rochelle has more than 10 years experience in HR and recruitment for blue chip organisations including Goldman Sachs, Mercer, HSBC, Barclays and Macquarie Group.  During this time she designed and implemented the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes including development of policy and delivery of training to ensure compliance and best practice.  She has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations) from Newcastle University and Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Whilst at Macquarie Group Rochelle project managed a major global review of their PageUp eRecruitment system including gap analysis on current functionality, compliance with regional employment legislation, identification of areas for cost savings and vendor management issues.  She also developed recruitment related training materials and delivered training (competency based interviewing training, psychometric test interpretation training, diversity training) to the business groups across the organisation.

Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM in 2013 Rochelle was the recruitment and sourcing SME for a project to streamline HR policies and processes for Mission Australia.  The role included reviewing processes and optimising use of the eRecruitment system (PageUp) to create efficiencies and cost savings across HR.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM Rochelle has been working on the implementation and optimisation of Taleo’s recruitment and onboarding system into a number of NSW government agencies including Transport for NSW, ServiceFirst and the Office of Environment and Heritage.  She has also completed a major Recruitment Transformation Review project for a NSW government client.

In her spare time, Rochelle tries to keep up with her 3 kids who have a much more active and interesting social life than she does and often wishes that she had time to go to as many parties and sporting events as they do.
