Jo began her HR technology career as an SAP HR Analyst at the BBC, in the UK 15 years ago.  In the years since she has worked as a Business Analyst on numerous full cycle implementations and enhancement projects across core HR, Payroll, performance management, learning and compensation, in a diverse range of industries.  Her focus, technology-wise, in these roles has been primarily SAP on premise and, during the last 5 years, SuccessFactors.

Since joining Pinpoint HRM Jo has been working with clients on implementation and optimisation projects in the Performance Management and Compensation modules of SuccessFactors.

Aside from Pinpoint, Jo enjoys triathlon, checking out new restaurants and spending time with her young family.
