General Manager – Practice Development & Strategy
Daniel has over twelve years’ experience working in Human Capital Management projects, including extensive experience working with all levels of Government. He is a Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management Certification) and has Bachelor of Computing Science.
During this time he has worked in a wide range of roles. He was product manager of RecruitManager (one of the early market leading eRecruitment systems) for three years, then in 2008 he joined NGA.net as an implementation consultant working on their eRecruitment, Onboarding and Performance solutions. Through extensive experience working with all levels of Government (Local, State and Federal) he developed significant expertise in the integration of Merit based recruitment principles and process with technology.
Since joining Pinpoint HRM in 2012 Daniel has continued to leverage these capabilities by working on a number of projects with the NSW Public Service, including developing the specifications for the NSW Government eRecruitment system and then the Human Capital Management System. During both of these projects Daniel was required to understand many of the NSW government workforce reforms being led by the PSC including the GSE Act. Daniel holds a degree in Computer Science.
