Chris Mathisen


Chris has over ten years experience working on large and small-scale projects for companies such as Melbourne Health, Fosters and ANZ. With roles across all aspects of the project lifecycle and a background in Customer Service, Chris has developed a broad skillset that has seen him successfully deliver in Business Analysis, Testing, Training and Post Implementation Operating Model Design roles.

Prior to joining Pinpoint HRM in October of 2016, Chris was a Business Analyst at Melbourne Health which saw him work across their Human Resources Information System and Online Credentialing System projects. Chris was based in the People and Culture Team where he engaged with Executive Directors and Senior Managers to analyse and redesign processes across Recruitment, On-boarding, Learning and Performance Management.

Chris is solution focused and brings to the team his enthusiasm for process improvement and customer engagement. Outside of the office Chris pursues his passion of music, sport and photography.
