Manager Support, Client Delivery

Chanty has over 15 years’ experience in a customer/client centric environment and over 10 years in the contact centre world, both in private and public sector. Through her experiences she has developed a comprehensive understanding of operational and strategic planning, staff management, workforce planning and the day to day running of a contact centre, providing information and support to clients/customers.

Chanty has an Advanced Diploma Contact Centre Management and a Diploma of Business IV in HR. During her career she has worked in a wide range of roles substantively and a number of acting roles including Team Leader/Manager, Contact Centre Manager, Operations Team Manager, Workforce Planning and a number of frontline roles.

Chanty has recently joined the Pinpoint HRM family as of July 2015, in the role of Team Leader, Support – Client Delivery. She brings with her a combination of capabilities, excellent team leader/managing abilities, driven service delivering focus, and strategic and operational drive and experience.

In her spare time Chanty likes to read, enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, walking her dog, running and often brings out her creative side such making handmade decorations and sewing.
