Amit comes with strong HR background with a combination of HR domain knowledge and HR Systems experience. In last 15 years, whilst partnering effectively with businesses, delivering results and solutions, to meet the challenges of a changing environment and achieve business objectives, Amit has performed various roles from a Recruitment Consultant, Internal Recruiter, HR Advisor, HR Business Partner through to HR Change Manager, HR Project Manager and HR Manager.
Amit joined Pinpoint HRM in March 2017, to pursue his passion in IT along with HR, and to enable and assist organisations in their journey to execute HR strategy through HCM technology. Prior joining to Pinpoint HRM, Amit has worked with various global organizations within IT, Telecom and Manufacturing industries. Amit has experience in leading and managing various HR projects autonomously related to People, Performance and HR Systems through partnering with leaders and managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business results and organisational effectiveness.
In his last organizations, Amit implemented and worked on, as a user and a superuser, various HCM systems (primarily recruitment and performance management) such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Kenexa, ConnX and PeopleStreme. Amit is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner. At Pinpoint HRM, Amit’s responsibilities include Functional Consulting and Project Management, and to work on Advisory side of the business.
Outside of work, Amit loves to spend time with his family and friends, watching movies and playing cricket with his son.
